Have been using great wall for well over 4 years but tonight has been nothing more than a shambles. We ordered at 6pm thinking we would beat the rush and after 1 hour and a half went by we decided to ring. After ringing 8 times we were told something about finding a driver and then got cut off. My wife then rang back this is now after 1 hour 45 and after 4 more attempts, we get through to be told the driver hasn't turned up and they are now remaking. My wife asked for some sort of compensation which is not unreasonable as it's been nearly 2 hours for a company that is only in bognor and we are in pagham. The call ended after being told we can either have the order or cancel. Then shouted down the phone was "NO DISCOUNTS, ORDER CANCELLED". Then after another 5 attempts to get an answer just to find out if the order is even still placed or if we have got to get food elsewhere. We are told it's very busy but being made! The order has now turned up 2 hours after we ordered and is at best Luke warm. Will not be using again I'm afraid!
I have tried all local Chinese takeaways in the area. This is the only place that uses the freshest ingredients. The food is excellent quality. Place is clean with a 5 star food safety rating.
We've been using this place for years and have always had impeccable service and first rate food...would thoroughly recommend...

First time I ordered was really nice the next time I was discusted they didn’t give me the right order and refused to drop anything off or pick anything up
