Went to McDonald's today ordered 2 cheeseburgers, apple pie, kids meal through drive through and we got our order. We started to travel home and we thought we sit in car to eat. I gave a cheeseburger to my mum and she opened it, and the main ingredient was missing the burger.! I tried calling then 3 times and no answer, there was no point turning back as we already started to travel. We couldn't believe it. We waited about 30 minutes to get served through the drive through. And it's very disappointing to find that there was no burger in the bun! If I go back I am going to check the burger and whatever we order is in the bun or bag before we go.
Bites taken out of burger, or been ripped. Either way, didn't get a full burger. Hair in burger. Undercooked chips. Generally gross looking. The most depressing happy meal I've ever seen. An unhappy meal, if you will.
We seemed to have invested significant money, been closed for a good while to achieve what? Slower than ever service. The system wasn't broken, now we are being pushed to order in advance which you can't do whilst driving. I kick myself each time I go..Food: 4/5
Ordered through the app and awaited my order, after 20 minutes a message popped up on the app saying "enjoy your order". I had not received my order so decided to go in and find out what was going on, the manager eventually came to the window and when I enquired where my food was he told me it was on its way, after waiting 10 more minutes my order finally arrived, I was told to enjoy me meal and the guy went, no apology for the wait time. Every time this restaurant has a revamp it goes down hill more and more, there's never enough space to park and it doesn't appear that they have enough staff to cope with the customer demand. There's better service at KFC. Parking: Only a small amount of parking,
This is defintley not as good as it could be. I think there should be significant improvements made especially when it comes to and in relation of waiting times and the overall quality of the food that is served and delivered. The food is always lukewarm, seems to lack seasoning and is very rarely hot.
It’s a McDonalds… you get what you expect. Some days it’s pleasant, other days it’s full of horrible, spoilt brats ruining the experience. Having said that, this restaurant is slightly better than most, lots of seating and delivery drivers have their own entrance. Car park is small, and what space they have is taken by delivery drivers.
A whole new record on how slow service is at McDonalds. Over 13 minutes from order to collection. Terrible. Person gave food then left before I had a chance to ask for some ketchup. Then several staff walk by not enquiring to why I am standing there with my food but not leaving. In fact manager walks past and serves someone else. Poor. Waited ages for lukewarm food.. Place is just full of people waiting to collect their food.
The hustle and bustle I'd McDonald's is never enjoyable, the food is what it is, we all know what to expect, they rarely get it wrong but when they do, they're quick to put it right. Over last 6 months, the waiting times have increased, but to be fair they're always busy. The drive through is a problem tho, when super busy cars are queuing out of the car park and on to the road, which makes it difficult to get to the other shops in the area. So location is poor for that reason Vegetarian options: Very few options, but they are improving Parking: Not many spaces about 28 I think, recently introduced deliver to ur car through the app, as all bays are numbered, order on the app at home, drive to McDonald's Park in a bay, say which on the app and they deliver to the car. Problem is, if u park in any bays on left, cars queuing for drive through will block u in, not very well thought through.
Since the refurbishment there has been times where we waited 45 minutes in a queue with about 8 cars in the drive thru, staff never apologise for the wait, and found going inside is actually worse because they evidently prioritise the cars, the food isn't always warm. Sauces and extras regularly forgotten.Food: 3/5
Chips half full, never any milkshakes, make you wait in the car park for your food yet there is no space in the car park. Slooooow service. Probably the worse McDonald’s I’ve used. We drive to Chichester now as it’s warmer when we get home from there to bognor then if we go in the drive thru or use Uber, just eat etc…
