Awful, it seems they cant pack an order without ever forgetting something. No matter how big or small the order is, its never all there! We always check our order, but last time all the boxes were there but they had split some of the items into the spare box. We had the chips missing for 50% of the meals, dips and a whole dinner missing. The guy that served us also was lazy. Dropped the straw on the floor, and never offered another one, we had to ask.

Absolutely horrendous service at Bognor KFC! It was a girl who served us, we heard someone say her name and she had a face like thunder and an attitude like no other! And no hair in a hair net so saw hair in my chips and they forgot most of our order and when we told them that the girl and the other girl gave no apology and just looked like the can’t be bothered

We ordered 2 children's popcorn chicken meals and when we got home we looked in the bag to find out it was spicy burgers and the chips were cold although being put into a special bag to keep warm for the journey home. All in all the meals got binned.  The service and speed was fast and the place was clean. The girl that served me was lovely.  Just a shame about the order.

Pictures say it all. Ordered for home delivery through Deliveroo a while ago. This is what I received. Called restaurant and wouldn't answer phones but at least Deliveroo refunded me. Literally had a whole pack of cheese in Burger and couldn't eat it and sides not received.Food: 1/5

The room was cold, had to keep coats on. Special offer was misleading. No coffee available. Fries have peppery stuff on them, not nice!!!. Would have been nice to have the option.Food: 3/5

I love a KFC,had the fillet burger meal, everything nice and hot ,place was clean, would go back, large carpark, there's a fantastic offer on off 10 mini chicken fillets for £6.99, Do you know it would take so little to improve this place, 1make sure it's clean. 2 Fresh hot food, 3 get orders correct.Food: 4/5

It has to go down as one of the worst KFC I have visited. Today's experience was one of the worst experiences to date. Poor service, one self service kiosk working and food put together by a five year old.Food: 3/5

Not particularly busy so quick service, clean premises Inc toilet which makes a change compared to a lot of other KFC's I've used.Food: 5/5

I much prefer KFC to any other fast food chains. Bognor KFC had much improved over the years with the staff being professional and quick. Also, show me one person who can resist their gravy;Food: 4/5

Massive fan of bognor KFC, always getting my food order correct and NEVER any issues, great service especially from Nicole and Libby that serviced me one day. Can’t wait to order again!!!Food: 5/5
