We went on a Wednesday afternoon, there only seemed to be two servers, and it was busy. There was a long wait, even though there was a whole section not being used. We did not see a manger anywhere in sight, and given all the empty seats, dirty tables, and 20+ people waiting to be seated, a manger should have been there resolving the situation. When we finally got seated along with everyone else, the buffet run out very quickly, and people stood waiting in the buffet area for more pizza to come out, so when it did, it run out pretty much instantly. The salad bar was untidy, needed refilling, and did not have enough bowls. The only positives was the pizza was good when we finally got some, and our server was incredibly nice.
