Well we like Bella Italia and have visited a few over the years. This one is cool. It needs a few more members of staff as the waitresses looked run ragged but they were also very polite and helpful. The food as normal was expensive but very nice indeed. The starters came in good time as did the drinks. The main course followed soon after and the staff checked while we were eating that all was ok. Recommended as it's great food

We were seated pretty much straight away. (We had booked a table) The waitress took us to our table then disappeared without asking if we would like a drink whilst we decided what we would like to eat. If it was busy I could understand the wait but it was fairly quiet. When we finally got our food (almost an hour after we arrived) the food was just about edible. The chicken was well overcooked and really tough to eat and burnt around the edges. Sorry but I can't recommend Bella Italia as I wouldn't want anyone to be as disappointed as we were.

Food was fantastic, just like last time. Very good selection. Unfortunately the restaurant was cold with some sat wearing coats. All in all very satisfied and full up 👍

Great food served on hot plates in good time. Order exactly what we asked for. Very helpful and attentive staff. Nice atmosphere. Will definitely come back.

Booked a table online, which was really easy. Needed a wheelchair accessible table and had no issues when we arrived. Venue was reasonably wheelchair friendly, although the spaces were a little tight to get through. Staff came to take our order in a reasonable amount of time. Starters and drinks were lovely. HOWEVER - We waited over an hour for our mains, in the end I had to ask where it was and was told out ticket had been missed...manager apologised and offered free drinks, however these weren't then taken off the bill. When the mains finally arrived, they were practically cold but by this time we were that hungry we ate it anyway - just wanted to leave. Had a wuntu code and there was a lot of messing about with the bill, staff member clearly didn't know what she was doing. For the price we paid, I expected far better. It wasn't particularly busy so no excuse for the poor food and service. Can't see us going back. Only given 2 stars fro the fact they managed to get the table and starters right, the rest was a real disappointment.
