Visited this Nando’s with my cousins and had a brilliant time. Food was amazing and the customer service was 10/10! Specifically a member of staff called Billy, he was extremely friendly and helpful. He even joined in one of our TikTok’s! Was a great guy and was so cheerful, he made our day. Really recommend this Nando’s to dine in!
We dined in on Sunday 26 May. We brought my mother who’s not very well and eats very little. Unfortunately part of her order - a mushroom - was served stone cold. We returned it and upon replacement it was worse than the first time. It transpired that it hadn’t been cooked. My mother was getting upset as she wasn’t able to enjoy her meal. When we complained the manager Ryan came to see us at our table, apologised profusely and offered anything we wanted off the menu on the house. We ended up ordering some desserts which were delicious. Overall the meal was very enjoyable and this was for a big part because of the exemplary customer service that Ryan and his team provided. They were all attentive, very polite and friendly. Ryan checked in on us regularly ensuring everything was alright and making us feel very welcome. Considering how the evening could have turned out, we had a really enjoyable experience. Only if all restaurants had a manager like Ryan!
We’re regulars at Nando’s, so have been a a good few branches. I have to say the manager here at Ashton was lovely, we were a group of 14. We were not waiting ages for food, the service was amazing, we asked for a few things after our food was delivered and the staff were quick to assist us. An amazing team here. Well done all. Look forward to visiting here again soon
Food was really nice, served up hot and quick. Service was good. The only problem is it's really expensive now and is no longer attractive. More like prices you'd pay at a decent pub for food. It's around £16 for a whole chicken with no sides. This is over the top really.
Absolutely disgusted by the member of staff named Samantha who claims to be a manager. She was rude to me and my friend when visiting and making comments on our personal appearances but was fine with the customers behind us. Extremely prejudiced lady! I usually love nandos but will not be going to this branch ever again. Staff should learn customer service values and be trained to a better standard. Absolutely appalled.
