I've had more wrong orders with this branch than any other. Today I ordered my usual white coffee, I have one every morning, sometimes it's right sometimes not. This morning I got either a latte or cappuccino. I had to throw it away when I realized, because I'm allergic to too much dairy, that's why I just have a normal white coffee. I get the feeling I was given someone's rejected drink. I'll add that the staff are generally very nice, but don't know what they're doing most of the time. I keep saying I'll stop going, well I will do now. My regular morning coffee is the only one I have all day and look forward to it. Ashton Moss branch from now on.

Food was good, but came out of the drive through surprisingly slowly, I got the "park up and we'll send the new kid out with it" treatment even though they were really not that busy, and they have two pickup windows at this branch. But handy location, never that long queues and food was hot. No limp made-3-hours ago big macs here

McDonald's is McDonald's but this one is modern and has smart screen ordering and table service which is very much essential so you don't have to struggle carrying a tray and pushing a buggy!

Absolutely terrible service I have had so many wrong orders it’s unbelievable sick of it, they need to start listening to the customer instead of talking to there colleagues at the side of them
