the food was nice but the service was quite bad. the staff seemed to not understand english. we booked table for 9, the waiter said 10, i said 9 and then he repeated 10. that happened for like a minute long. we asked for the starters and main course to arrive at the same time but it came seperate. we asked for water and he only brought 6 cups dont know why 6. Main problem was the waiter. didnt understand anything we said. food was nice.
Nice selection of Italian inspired dishes. Staff and friendly and helpful although always a little slow when asking for the bill. This location restaurant is usually quieter than the other options on site making it a great alternative to waiting elsewhere.
It was okay ... The food was nice not amazing though. The service was very good. I was a bit disappointed that the almost £7 pornstar martini cocktail came garnished with a piece of orange, rather than the customary halved passion fruit, and the drink was altogether too sugary and lacking in flavour. I must say, though, that the pizza fries were really tasty. The chocolate fudge cake dessert was nice. We ordered two but only one of them came with the chunks of brownies that are described on the menu. All in all, it was okay but I wouldn't rush to go back there.
We experienced very friendly, excellent service and the food was actually rather tasty... all in a stylish setting. Admittedly, the use of a Tastecard might have skewed my value perception a little - and it wasn't a busy day - but I couldn't fault the experience. Wish I could have given 4.5 stars since the service definitely surpassed my expectations.
Arrived about 6pm on a Saturday and was seated without a booking but was warned it could be 25-30 mins wait for food. This would have been fine if the customer service was there, it took several attempts about 15mins to get the attention of a server to order drinks and to pay the bill I resorted to going to the bar despite having asked for it as they took away the plates. The food itself was great and the cocktails hit the spot and it has outside seating for when it's nice out.
Went here Saturday night never been before but have a tastecard and it can be used here. We didn’t book and were told there may be a wait but we were sat at a nice table within 10 mins. There were a few issues on the night I think the pizza oven broke socertsin dishes weren’t available, also the ordering system broke down but even amidst all that the staff were great fun! Kept us informed and we still had a great time! Just shows it really is all about good people. We will definately be going back....
Food was great. Special Frito Misto recommended. Restaurant was busy, but we were served in a reasonable time. Sorting out the bill took a longer than expected time hence the 4 stars, shame as I would have rated as 5 stars. Check out Prezzo's website as you get special offers by subscribing, we got a free bottle of Prosecco with our meal....very nice. Thanks Prezzo for a great meal.
Visited at 8pm on 15 th of February as a party of 6 persons to be informed there was a 30 min wait for a table - there were no more than 6 tables occupied at that time and when asked the waitress informed us last orders were at 10 pm. they did not serve customers drinks from the counter so no refreshments while we waited to be shown to a table, at 9.30pm having completed the meals we were informed there was no coffees available. This was my first visit to this establishment and given it was a midweek it was an unsatisfactory experience and one I will not be repeating I would certainly not recommend it to anyone requiring a dining out occasion there are beter outlets on this site. In conclusion it comes as no surprise to hear the company are going into receivership - good.
Worth visiting with taste card as you do not have to make a reservation. Been a few times and find the staff to be polite which is not always the case in other restaurants nearby. Food had lots of flavour but we wouldn't rush back. Mainly go as a last minute option. Their website is good for looking at the menu which does seem to change seasonally. The specials menu is always worth a look and we have eaten from it more often than not as it offers some of the more interesting options available.
Very Italian restaurant. High value well cocked food. They must have a great cock in the back. I will go there again soon. Nice place, good for children as well. I recommend this restaurant.
