We booked a table on Mother's Day for in the afternoon. It took over two hours to complete a two course meal. You might assume it was busy but there were plenty of empty tables, added to which when we asked for dessert menus our waitress went off presumably to get them but a short while later she reappeared standing at the till drinking coke out of a bottle. I don't know how many times during the meal I had to prompt the staff to provide service either. While the food was largely acceptable one of the pizzas was burnt as was a chocolate pudding, another "warmed " pudding was freezing cold. Our overall impression of the serving staff was that they were disinterested rather than rushed off their feet. We were given money off our bill and vouchers, but that really wasn't the point. We have been to this restaurant a number of times before and have enjoyed the experience and had hoped the three mothers who were in our party would have had had a well deserved relaxing experience, this didn't happen. I am not sure I want to go back again now.

Went on a Friday night. There seemed to be loads of tables free although still with plates etc on. The manager came over after about 5 mins of waiting and said it was a twenty minute wait. I pointed out there were loads of tables free. She told me she couldn't get them cleared. Didn't offer us a drink or try to make us stay. Instead she went and cleared the tables one by one leaving about 10 people waiting instead of sitting us down after clearing one table. Ridiculous management of a business. My party of four walked out as did about 15 others. Never going back.

Good food it's ashame the service was slow. They must have forgot we were there. Let's try harder next time shall we.
