First of all it's a good place,easy to find a tidy and neat dining and best burgers in a shop. It's not too crowded but you can see always someone in dining,i always saw people there with family and friends.Its little bit expensive wheel chair access parking facility and wheelchair entrance also there.Dinig out and delivery also available.In drive through you can easily ordered food, not crowded.Staff are friendly to deal with customers.In parking McDonald's customer's only parking one hour free, after that we need to pay.
As always, I like to give fast food services a little leeway when leaving reviews, but I've been going to this BK for years now & it doesn't improve. The customer service is practically non existent & there's no effort whatsoever at greeting, manners, please & thank you etc. If course nobody goes to BK for silver service, but I went 9.30 at night, 2 cars in the drive through & not a soul in the restaurant. Both counter staff were busy putting orders together, there was no "I'll be with you in just a moment" or "evening, bear with us" & I waited for some time with the contemplation of just walking out. Eventually I was served by Sveda "what can I get you?". Gave my order, a small coke, and whopper only sauces. The food was hot & the coke was cold, bonus, but there are 2 sauces on a whopper, mayonnaise & tomato sauce. Mine only came with tomato sauce. I'll probably keep visotung because the burgers are awesome & it's convenient after a long rail journey, however if you're expecting service with a smile & common good manners, give this place a miss.
It's a good place,with a huge parking facility near the casino.you can explore all kinds of burgers in burger king.Dinig and take away facilities available there.Drive through is more crowded compared to dining.wheel chair parking access, wheelchair entrance also available in burger king.Staff are also friendly deal with customers.Its a good place to eat with your family and friends.I recommend for all once you visit here for relaxing.
Food is good, however, not once but for the second time, I asked for no mayo in my meal on just eat and yet for the second time they proceeded to put mayo in my meal. Seriously, can people not read instructions properly.
Always forget something off my order, make sure you check especially if you order in drive through absolutely ridiculous
Lack of delivery availability to my area so no chance for me to try their new menu even though I have been bombarded with tv adverts lately and I don't currently have transport.
Had the misfortune of walking into Chandlers Wharf Stockton-on-Tees tonight my god what a disgusting place not fit for serving food floor flooded and extremely dirty staff extremely rude disinterested and down right disgusting attitude don't listen properly can't get your order right then proceed to steal your money for stuff that isn't even included absolutely disgraceful I've been in some cess pits but this place takes the biscuit avoid at all costs!!!!
I find £3.99 expensive for just a regular cup drink. Service is very slow but I felt bad for the staff running round doing 5 jobs at once, obviously understaffed at peak hours.
There was a mistake with the order, 4 vegan nuggies instead of 6, but after telling the staff they gave me 6 more. A little bit of a wait and the restaurant could do with redecorating. Overall, the staff and food was good but the restaurant was a little run down.
staff scruffs spend all their time outside smoking! i question the cleanliness of the cooking areas
