Thanks for the lovely Sunday dinner. Nice as always. Delivered on time but appreciated as the side roads in Thornaby are a little bit naughty with ice and snow. Would’ve collected myself but my 67reg Aston Martin is still in the showroom. Enjoyed breakfast this morning also as the missus doesn’t like to use our oven. I’ll be back. Many thanks.

Worst service ever had in my entire life hence compelled to warn others to avoid such unnecessary upset, they also had it delivered by town chavs highly rude. Two hours for two dinners unacceptable food was finally delivered swimming leaked gravy all over plastic white bag. Never in my life have we encountered such vile presentation. No attempt made from the driver to apologise instead screamed at ‘ not my fault’ arriving two hours late with what was handed straight back. Then driver threw money out of the car to my little boy. I rang the slum company and was told sorry! So basically no food waited and ruined afternoon and what they sent I would of not served my dog. Order 1.52 two dinners. Hour later no order politely phoned they explained they had ran out of mash, waited called back to clarify if food was on route. Third call asked could they be honest and had they sent food. Finally arrives in what can only be described as a white plastic bag filled with gravy which was handed straight back even my ten year old advised he would be unable to eat it, he ran out to driver who was awful handed it back then the money was thrown out of the car. Fourth call at that point I was so upset and spoke with someone else who apologised I advised I felt compelled to warn others explaining how upset I was. Felt awful on my children who had played rugby the one Sunday I took off and this happened.

Excellent service and lovely dinners. Squishy galaxy are you saying all people wearing tracksuits are chavs cos thats most of stockton. Judging by all your reviews you realy do like moaning and complaining. I bet you didnt try the dinner cos if you had you wouldnt have wrote what you did. As for your comments about the place i bet you havnt even been in so how can you call the place. Your coming across as a proper snob. Think you need to get out more.

Love this place, its my local from work. Food is gorgeous and cheap and the staff are perfect.
