I got a delivery from the place and they forgot the chicken nuggets and I also found a dispenser top inside my drink after I had drank it this is minging I don't get how you can mess up this bad
This had to be the worst McDonald’s in the country. I ordered some good on the app to collect at the drivethru. I always check the good before I drive off as Wolviston McDonald’s is the worst in the country. I ordered some chicken nuggets with bbq sauce. On checking there was no sauce, when I asked for some the waitress snapped back at me saying we haven’t got any or ketchup. Very abruptly not the way you should talk to customers
3rd time a burger has been missing from a delivery. On ringing their team was told go through customer services online and request a refund from the delivery company. Not very helpful and unable to log in to do this. Surely this should be down to McDonalds takeaway to supply missing items as it isn't the delivery company who pick the food. Won't order again , futile attempt in refund.
