Really nice atmosphere. Plus they serve halal chicken. But only chicken. Staff are helpful and are happy to answer questions. Food is served quickly. They accept NUS discount. Ordered dough balls and pollo forza. Really tasty. Enough for two.

Went back to this Pizza Express last night . Try and go every time we go to concerts at Wembley which is not often. it’s the best Pizza express I have experienced in the south of London. friendly staff excellent tasty food and brilliant service. Perfect for before an event. well done everyone for your food, friendliness and cleanliness. Only problem... the queues will be longer next time!!

Slow service event during quite times. We waited 5 minutes to be seated, despite at least 3 waitresses visible. It then took a further 12-15 minutes for someone to take our order. Starters arrived quickly, but the drinks order was forgotten so had to be ordered again. Mains took ages to come after finishing starters. Spent the best part of 1 hour and 40 minutes on a basic 3-course meal with 5 dishes. Pathetic.

This is now the main Pizza Express in Wembley, inside the London Designer Outlet. The service here used to be really bad, but recently they kicked out all the bad staff and the manager. The new staff are really helpful, but have the burden of fixing what the last staff ruined. None the less its a nice place to eat now. The upstairs never seems to be open, but i guess that opens during busier times. The star is lost because they've changed the dessert menu to desserts. Changing a good menu isn't a good idea, See what happened to Pizza Hut when they took potato skins off the menu!
