Not sure about the amount of 1 star reviews on here.. admittedly I saw them after I’d sat down at my table (which I got pointed to immediately) There was no sign of a wait, let along 20 minutes. Food was cooked quickly, waitress was polite and most importantly the food tasted amazing. Chips are covered in sauce, in future I’ll ask for it on the side rather than on top - but it still tasted brilliant. Burger was well presented and was stuffed full of Swiss cheese. Definitely recommend this restaurant, don’t be put off by the negative reviews.

what makes a good restaurant is service! to cut the story short I waited standing by "wait here to be seated sign" for over ten minutes where waiters were walking by and looking at me without saying anything or offering a table as I was not even standing there "the invisible man" so I left. I want the business owner read this review and train the staff to be friendly and welcoming I also advise them to see a doctor as they looked depressed.

This is okay I would expected much, much better quality of food considering its handmade! Was here yesterday and had a lamb and mint burger with Chucky fries. The lamb was a little solid on some parts - this needs to be soft and succulent but lacked it! The mint sauce was also probably just thrown on! Too much of it, over powering and very tangy! Total let down as was looking to having a lamb burger for a while now. (Pic attached can fool anyone! As it looks really nice presentation wise... taste highly let it down) Place is nice, staff are okay but overall not worth my time nor money coming back unless they start reading customers reviews and make changes

Best burgers I've ever had , if you find yourself around Wembley stadium , this is a place were you can a tasty meal , will come back soon !

Burgers really nice, enjoyed the atmosphere. Don't suggest the onion rings, they were very oily. Our server, Mary, was very nice and explained all the promotions to us.
