I love the food here but I have been there three times and they always make us wait a lot of time to order, to be served and to pay for the bill. It is a big restaurant but even if they are no busy the staff doesn't look to worry about the customers experience. Some better training and better organization would be great for them and for us. The local is nice. Good location for shopping and cinema.

Tasty food and good service. Very much enjoyed my meal. The pizzas looked amazing, as did the salads. The only reason I won't give 5 stars is we needed a table of 9-12 people for lunch and they wouldn't let us book because it was a game day. It was lunchtime and we were the only ones in there. It was a little unreasonable at that time of day.

The restaurant was nearly empty 5 tables for 3 waitresses and still the longest waiting time I have ever waited in a restaurant for my order to be taken. My boyfriend asked for chilli oil one of the girls told us they run out... we asked again from the other girl and she gave us half bottle of it! Also it was really cold so we ended up keeping our jackets on! Kitchen staff did well food was tasty! I love Zizzi but I won't return to this branch!

The attendant seemed like she did not care or want to be working. I was disgusted with the fact that there were over 4tables available for me and my partner however was asked to wait for over 10mins. Although customers who walked in after me were offered to serve before us. Like really. This absolutely is a disgusting experience ever witnessed in a restaurant. I am a complete FAN of the food at Zizzi, however I am never coming back as I was let down by the staff very poorly. And That's a shame.

Atmosphere is quite nice, very well decorated and the music wasn't too bad. Service was quick and friendly. The food came at a descent time and was warm on serving as well as it tasting delicious for the price. Overall not too bad
