This restaurant is easily accessible for the people however the ambiance is very dull. Lights are dim and its under-staffed. Time taken to accept the order is long and the items ordered are randomly served back on table. Staff need to be motivated to understand that customers expect high level of patience with generous smile on there face. I would advice the staff to genuinely feel welcoming about the customers and drastic change need to take place for the way order is delivered from kitchen. PLEASE AVOID RANDOM DELIVERY OF ITEMS, its big disappointment. Food quality is average.

DO NOT GO HERE. Went for the first time with a friend after hearing good reviews, got a bad feeling as soon as we sat down. Our server started crossing things out on the menu which they didn’t have, which were about 6-7 dishes in total, this didn’t leave a good first impression with us. Then he went on to explain the menu which was fine however he said if we opted for the a la carte menu we had to order 3-5 dishes PER PERSON. Not a good first impression and my instinct was telling me to leave the restaurant which I wish we had done! However we wanted to try it out so we opted for the cheapest option which was a sharing menu for 2, in total this included about 9-10 dishes and every one of those dishes were disgusting, they had no flavour and didn’t taste fresh at all! The only thing we liked were the popadoms! We wanted to try everything before making a complaint to see what we liked and didn’t like. After the 6th dish we were that unimpressed that we didn’t want to try anymore so we asked for the bill and our server asked us if everything was okay and we told him we didn’t really like the quality of the food and we were disappointment, he didn’t say anything and just walked off and got the bill! I was fuming, so we spoke to another server about our situation and he basically said we had to pay the bill. After my friend paid we left and I rang the manager to complain, long story short DO NOT GO HERE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR, QUALITY OF FOOD IS POOR AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS ARE POOR. THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU DIDN’T LIKE THE FOOD. Will never visit ping pong again!

Our first visit to a Ping Pong restaurant and we were simply blown away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and combed the entire menu to check for my girlfriend's allergy. Our food arrived promptly and was wonderful, and we left feeling very satisfied. Our waiter Gui deserves particular praise, as he went above and beyond to make our visit a happy memory.

I have eaten here many times. Today for the first time I ordered a takeaway and it was just as good. Consistent quality!
