Would give a 0 star if I could. I’ve written in to management but they’ve yet to reply. Sadly the rot starts from the top. TL;DR Charged us service charge for a party of 6. Inattentive wait staff that were constantly on their phones. Full review: Had an extremely bad experience, as did others in the reviews before. Waiters are sneaky, 10% service charge applied when we were a group of 6 people instead of 10 as stated on the menu. Service charge was hand written in which we didn’t take notice of and assumed that it was common practice. Waiter did not return us our change as we were about to leave and we had to ask him for it. We googled the service charge and noticed that on the menus it was only applied when it was a party of 10 and above. We called restaurant to verify the service charge with the manager on duty and was informed that this was not the usual practice and said that the waiter recorded our group as 10 people when we were only a group of 6. Wait staff were generally not attentive and were often on their phones instead of noticing that guests had their hands raised to get their attention. Extremely disappointed. The waiter asked where we were from and when we were leaving and decided to pull a fast one on us. Do not support such a shady business.

Using F&B's own app you do get great vouchers that lower cost considerably. Then it becomes really good value for money! Facilities are great too.

I must say, one of the friendliest restaurants I've ever been to! Steak was perfectly cooked with a barbecue aroma as well as the lovely calamari. Staff were ever so kind, recommend it to anyone !

Ordered the mushroom and chicken pasta ... absolutely the worst quality of all time . The food was not fresh at all , it actually tasted like it was reheated again . The chicken were soggy and had the fat and skin stuck to them i just felt like vomiting. It did felt like you are eating a spoon full of fat and oil.The waitress was lovely however

The manager (female, short, caucasian, tied back hair occasionally wears purple top) was extremely racist to my (black) friends. she told them that she didn't need feedback *under her breath* 'from people like you'. After my friends complained about one of her staff was verbally rude to them.
