We were seriously over-charged, (the vehicle came from a reputable national supplier), and, had been booked for 11.00 am by Pixo but, promised to us for 8.00 am.  Pixo had told us that the vehicle was late back and, being cleaned.  This was not the case as we were shown the booking by the delivery driver.
Our Credit Card company are looking into matters as We were quoted in email £713. For seven days and, charged much more.  We discovered this from our card statement.
The offices shown in the photo seemed to be abandoned, we visited after having the phone put down on us by the proprietor.
The company arrange the leasing via a very unusual route so The actual vehicle supplier thought it had been booked by a large corporate.

Hiring in England off their Web site. Can't give them a minus star and believe me they should get minus 100. Booked and paid for a transit to be delivered at 9am and picked up at 6pm for an EXTRA cost of £20 or I could pick it up from Europecar. Total of a few pennies short of £100 I elected  to have it delivered. Had to ring them at 9:30 because the van hadn't arrived. Eventually delivered at 11:45. The van I got was a Berlingo from Sixt. Called Pixo who apologised and said they would refund "some money back into my account". Ok so now it is 1:30 the following day and the van is still in my drive waiting to be picked up. Had to phone round to find out who owned the van and arrange pick up. By five today said Sixt who hasn't got a clue how this booking happened. Can't get hold of Pixo as it is Saturday and they are closed. Cost me time, money and stress. Thank God we didn't have an accident because I am sure we weren't insured as Sixt didn't have a clue who I was.  Run from thugs "Company" as fast and as far as you can.

We paid for a VW, but got a Renault from 2007.
One of the tires was not suitable for safe driving. We changed it, talked to them and got a refund for the tire.
Other than that.... it was good.

Very Poor. DO NOT USE
They delivered the wrong van and argued the toss that they dont do 3 seater vans, even though it is pictured on their web site. They then subcontracted the job to another firm. On return I filled the vehicle with fuel and the pickup driver marked the return sheet as full. Then 2 weeks later I got hit with a bill for £41. I was told by Pixo that I was charged for 3 ltrs of fuel and £35 admin charge. I disputed this and then unhelpful woman hung up on me and now will not take my call. I am invoking a charge back to my bank card but advise everyone NOT TO USE THE CHEATING THIEVES!

Poor, at best, charged for delivery even though the site clearly states no charge, VAT is added, so the price online is wrong, the van arrived nearly 2 hours late and collected nearly 12 hours late, the van had 3/4 tank of fuel when delivered and handed back and im being charged for 28 ltrs of fuel, NEVER USE THESE COWBOYS AGAIN
