Worst doctors I ever seen. They don.t know what you have and still don.t send you to a specialist. They give a treatment without knowing what is your problem or not give you at all. Send me to a specialist if you don.t know what is my problem. I will definitely move from them.

I think people are mixing 2 different surgery's in the same building. pilgrims way surgery is one of the best I been. Never had any problems . Normally if it's an emergency they would book me in to see paramedic on the same day no problem to call and book always picks up the phone . good receptionists . Dr Patel & Dr Kasinathan really good doctors . both doctors they are really busy so you need to book weeks in advance but understanding that they have a lot of people to look after can't blame them . but as I said they are always happy to book you in to see paramedic if its urgent . so when you write a review make sure you are in the right place

Rude reception, extra long waiting times, dirty floors, not enough provisions for emergancy appointments.

On the website says opening time is 7:30 am but I keep ringing for hour still voicemail answers says we are close , way how come than way u put on website??? It's really shame cmon guys, be honest with people.
