They were and are still (even after counselling) supportive, caring and a big part in helping me get back on and stay on my feet. My counsellor was outstanding and the team are just superb. Thanks mind, you quite literally saved my life more than once xx

I admit I was late for appointment as got the time incorrect the receptionist was very rude as said in other reviews and was aggressive. Was told in very accusing tone that the therapist was unable to see me due to having other patients. Did offer to phone admin colleague to make another appointment as an after thought. More caring staff needed!

Talking therapy is useless spend half session everytime filling out questionaire. Staff rude. Reluctant to give help you ask for. More hinderance than help. Control freaks
