You could not wish to meet nicer people than the two brothers who own and run this shop, I called them this morning and was immediately greeted in a very polite way with estimates of how much my old tech might fetch. I drove down with the tech and was treated amazingly well and was offered a fair price. They also talked me through every step when resetting all the equipment reassuring me my data was deleted. Would highly recommend this shop and will definitely go back.
Very friendly service, called in this afternoon to replace my old phone with a new one as my old phone had broke. Very helpful with guiding me which phone would be the best option, happy to answer any questions I had and overall really great service. Would definitely go back. Highly recommended, thank you!

I dropped my phone few days ago by accident I can't use it So I took my phone to Mobile Hub to ask them to fix it for me The screen need to replace the New one Which I understand that because it's doesn't look good So the shop owner help me to replace the new screen And told me I can collect it next day The service is very good Next day morning the shop owner phone me My phone is fixed is ready to collect it's very good look like a brand new phone for me I also ask him to put a screen protector on for me He done the great job excellent Good service Excellent Thank you for your help

Very honest, fast and expert service that I have ever had at Newcastle. Apple asks me for £150 to fix the phone and I went to mobile hub and my phone been fixed in few minutes for amount 10 times less than Apple. Highly recommended the staff especially Karim are super nice.
