Called in shop yesterday to donate a huge bag of clothes and accessories. I didn't even receive the courtesy of a thank you, i was just asked to write my name and post code on a bit of paper so they could claim gift aid! I'll be looking for another charity to donate to in future. The whole concept of charity has become very distorted i feel.

Best charity shop in Wallsend and manager Lorraine is fab .. Nothing is any bother for them .. Staff friendly  and place is kept spotless  ..
