the staff are very friendly and always able to help when purchasing something from them or if u put somthing in on buy back or sell. always able to answer any questions on an item as well. they are amazing every single time I go in. I have been going now for about 4 or 5 years and I have bought a lot from them as well and everything I have got Im always over the moon with what I got. Great value for money as well. Great selection of stuff as well. so helpful on buy backs as well and as well as selling to them. I would definitely be going back if I even need anything I always go there first. the manager of the place is amazing and helpful as well. 100 percent recommend going to the place and check out what they have in. Staff are friendly and very helpful but who buys the stuff in needs sacked, offer crazy low price and sell it well over the retail price.

The staff at the Wallsend store are extremely friendly and polite. Like the Byker store, If they can help they will help. Always have a smile on their faces and they enjoy a good bit of banter with the customers. I would highly recommend this store. 5 stars.
If no stars were an option id give them that. Bought a laptop only to find it takes over 12 hours to download and install yet partners laptop is a lesser spec and takes less than 1.5 hours. Got promised it was a fast laptop only for word processing got told it would be ideal for what i needed what a joke 12 hours Later AND STILL SHOWING 95% come on wallsed buck up ur ideas or i go to cex or cash generator in blyth
Used to be a long time customer used have great staff and give fair prices now staff are sarcastic and offer terrible prices I wish this was a cex store instead 2 years on it still sucks get way better prices for your stuff at cex the byker store is probably better then this one. Update june 2020 went to take a complete box set of charmed season 1-8 sells for £30 plus online I would get 13 at cex I got offered 50p
Since last comment was sold an asus laptop which got advised was fast and sold the laptop based upon the sales advisor trying to download updates to update windows only to be told that this could not be done got to bring it into store have solved problem however the installation of the file s taking forever in a day what a joke dont go what you are told i want a full refund or an exchange
great help jon was a great help explaining that the advice i was originally given could have been better worded and sorted me out with a new control pad and game for my ps4 only down side would be to make the t and cs better understood by customer and also be more disabled friendly for those without visible disabilities such as dyslexi and autism
This is my local cash converters and I pop in a lot. The staff are usually friendly and layed back. Great value for games and DVDs. There are some negative reviews regarding how much they buy stuff for, this is a business and they need to make a profit etc. If you want to sell something use ebay, but for buying cheap games, dvds, blu rays, electronics I would highly recommend cash converters. I recently got an unlocked iphone 7 there for £170! Everything also comes with a guarantee.
Used cash converters many times this time on phone less than 2 minutes what I wanted put away to pick up staff friendly and know there job fantastic and definitely the big five off PJM
