I think they have some deals but poor. Onr Junk foods. Better off shopping in original supermarkets. Lot more better deals
Good range of frozen products, but also fridge and shelf products. Lots of offers on, especially mix and match "4 for £10" and similar deals, helpful to look around for the deal signs on the price labels.
I shopped in Iceland Wallsend today for the first time and I would like to say how lovely every member of staff was. Nothing was a bother and everyone had an extremely friendly and helpful attitude.
If the staff are going to have an attitude problem, perhaps a change of job is in order and one not within retail where they’re dealing with the public. Moaning about not putting chillled and frozen together, get a grip, miserable old bag.

Admittedly this Iceland is bigger than my usual Byker Iceland, decent selection of frozen food, pantry items and fresh goods. Sadly i couldn't get delivery even though I spent enough "deliveries were unavailable" probably because of online orders so I had to deduct a star as my bags were heavy and I had planned to get a delivery. I much prefer Byker as they always deliver for me even though there further away than wallsend
i have been this store several times and it always gets me frustrated, i do like there range of food but for Christ sake is so bloody slow to get severed, i work at homebargains and if i went on like they do in here at the tills i would be sacked haha the experience just wants you to pull your hair out
Good range of products, was very busy. Staff on shop floor were helpful but the tills were really long queues with only 2 staff on.
The shop is fine good choice however when you go to pay never enough staff on the checkout. People with trolley cull of stuff getti g a delibery and all you want is a couple of things. Nevet seem to habe staff to open other till. Let down by customer service
Have shopped at Iceland for years. Pleased with the home delivery service. The staff are always friendly and polite. The staff on the checkouts are friendly and polite. My only issue is waiting for a trolley as there are not enough. We even got help for a trolley from a member of staff that had to go to the car park to find some trolleys. Thankyou to all the staff. Shopping with disabilities is made easier with good staff.
