Staff ok ! But needs bigger shop ! Bit crammed in when people go into this shop so tight u can't get moved around ! Also people walking in without no face mask on ! That needs to stop ! And staff should be wearing them face mask coverings! They don't set the standards to people walking in without them on ! And needs daily bargains on ! Like buy one get one free ! Again this store far 2 small ! Needs a bigger store bigger place so people don't get crammed up ! It's 2 small this store ! The management should be looking to upgrade move intoo a bigger store whats empty there is plenty off shops closed down they should take over old bright house store empty in Wallsend make it bigger and better and sell more stuff ! And people with wheel chairs could get around and with people with dimmer frames can get around this store far 2 small needs bigger store ! Again great bargains in savers one the best in Wallsend
Staff are immensely friendly but the store definitely isn't easy for a wheelchair user or a pushchair user, aisles are immensely narrow with displays out too which made it difficult to manoeuvre and there wasn't enough space to stop to browse what I needed as people were queuing behind. Great selection of items though and as always with savers I was impressed by the savings we made. Plus they stock the Banana shampoo and conditioner which is AMAZING for curly hair.
Very reasonably priced all round... Greatly discounted perfumes and aftershaves with selected items sometimes a third off the retail price. Staff are lovely and always eager to help.
Staff are polite and professional. Covid messures in place very clean and safe. Very well stocked and got everything I needed cheaper than well known large supermarkets. Definitely shopping there again and would highly recommend this place.

I usually go to savers after I've done shopping and the staff excell themselves at helping customers. Whether I have one bag or five. They see I'm struggling and always come to ask if my bags are heavy and they normally are. The staff ask if I would like them to put my shopping bags behind the counter for me. I'm always secure in saying yes as there's always a staff member behind the till who looks after the bags till I'm ready to leave x
Well organised shop with clean easy to navigate aisle. Variety of products and good customer service. Recommended
