This is a great caravan park with a hotel, restaurant and bar area on site too. The caravans have a great view out over the river to Edinburgh and a lot of brand new caravans have been installed. The restaurant is very reasonably priced considering the quality of the food and Friday night grill is great value at £35 for 2 people. The flat iron steak I had was cooked to perfection and everyone else was complimentary about their choices too. The facilities are very well turned out as are the staff who are friendly and keen to help. Well worth a visit and particularly so in the sunshine.
My young son and I visited the swimming pool today, met up with his cousins and other family. They had a great time in the pool. We then used the soft play room for 30mins which was just as enjoyable for the kids I then picked up 4 coffees from the restaurant and was surprised at the £22 bill. 3 flat whites and an Americano, all with an extra shot of coffee each. Whilst the coffee tasted good it was most certainly not £5.50 a cup good. If there is ever another visit to the pool, there won’t be another restaurant visit.
Didn't enjoy it at all. Lack of good signage, specially to motorhome pitches. Rude unfriendly staff at bar and restaurant. Swimming pool sessions only 40 minutes long and had to be paid for extra over and above site fee. Motorhome pitches sit right on a busy main road that is extremely noisy. Ladies toilets and shower block were open, gents were not. Ladies toilet took ages to flush, maybe a problem with water pressure? Wouldn't come back here.
Wanted to book after seeing this on TV. Must phone if requesting dog friendly, 4 nights, offered 2* £170 for dog, FORGET IT theywerent even nice about it!!! Very disappointing. We have travelled all over the UK over the past 12 years and the most EVER paid for dog was £15 per night and that includes caravans!!
I love this place as does my family ,it’s our happy place .entertainment every night almost friendly staff always willing to help ,friendly owners .restaurant is fantastic food is delicious we have never had a bad meal out of there and again staff are fabulous ,prices are excellent lovely atmosphere just an all round fantastic family oriented place with lots to do swimming pool steam room gym games room soft play . My hat goes of to the Wallace family for creating such a wonderful place so and to the staff who at times are so busy they never stop but each and every one of them have a smile and a nice word to say to you xx
The main complex is really nice and the staff are are really nice and helpful. The food in the restaurant is good, the swimming pool was closed when we were there. The facilities for the tourers is ok but not the best I've used. It is a lovely setting with fantastic views over the Forth.

Had tea at the restaurant today visited several times in the past but unfortunately it was not a good meal . Basic curry looked appalling beigh sauce with matching rice and over done crispy things on the side. Asked for a burger beef ended up with chicken told the waiter asked how long for a burger to cooker he didn't know so hence my stars.
Absolutely love coming here. Amazing view from caravan looking over to the water, i can watch the boats come in and out all day. The kids love it, small play park and soft play, arcade, swimming. Food is good but pricey. Short drive to Burntisland where the carnival is on in the summer and had a great beach.
this is the second time we have been and certainly couldn't fault the star rating on our pet friendly caravan. def was modern enough. However,,,, I'm afraid after waiting nearly an hour to get into our caravan as it hadn't been "cleaned" we got in and was offered a comp drink while we waited. our caravan was in view of the balcony as we had our drink and the cleaning staff seemed to be more interested I yapping than cleaning which meant our caravan was not ad clean as expected. I did complain and said I'm not complaining for wanting discount but to have my head so close to the offending dog hair and dust while sleeping was not acceptable. no apology but excuses that they had to call on bay hotel cleaners to help. Anyway overall really like the site, facilities etc and would def go back. ps downstairs games area and pool area do need a bit of work to maintain, clean, tidy and make more pleasing to the eye. I have rated 3 stars which might seem harsh but def 4-5 if the above was of higher standard.
