Wheelchair accessible to the main building only is negotiable through two separate sets of doors. Once inside you're into a display section, not the shop with items for purchase on display but an area where an awning is set up with other caravan & camping gear. 
On that day we went to buy an awning and  anchor points, ground pegs etc etc and a TV bracket, water feed connections and all the other stuff to set up our caravan however we couldn't get in to view the goods in the shop due to a small 3" step which our wheelchair couldn't manage, no ramp available, no other entrance to the display area either. Dismayed I asked if there was another shop nearby and a finger was pointed and the words over that way were stated! 
You've lost out on future purchases from me, sorry but I wasn't leaving my partner in the entrance area feeling let down while I shopped.

As novice caravanners we found staff here to be friendly and helpful. They took their time and were happy to answer all our questions. We ended up buying here and find aftersales to be equally attentive. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for caravans and motorhomes many to choose from and to go into and try before u buy 👍
