Today we met Jess and Sami, they are both full of knowledge and we so so so helpful today, they don't push sales on you they just give you the details you need to make and informed decision on what you want to purchase, any question we asked they had the answers, so happy so friendly, we will only be buy our cats food here from now on! Thank you ladies your not wonderful x

Went there to see what they had as I was in the area. It is a small shop and while I commend them for feeding the feeder insects, when I asked what they fed them they didn't know the tree the leaves had come from and their other option was lettuce. Iceberg lettuce isn't a great choice for feeder insects as it has poor nutritional value for insects and some tree leaves in the UK are poisonous. Many insects can eat poisonous leaves (i.e. ivy and oak can be eaten by stick insects), but the reptiles can become ill if they then consume too many of the insects feeding on the leaves. Better options would be carrot, cabbage, broccoli, apple, pear and even potatoes.

The staff are very knowledgable and friendly. They take time to get to know your pet and understand your pet's individual needs. The range of food, bedding, leads etc is of high quality and I have been happy with everything I have bought.

Love this pet shop. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The product range is spot-on and the staff are always on hand to advise you.
