Another awful experience at the Hertford store. Wouldn’t honour the sale items I wanted to purchase and instead stood in front of me in a packed store to tell me they legally didn’t have to do anything about it. Awful service again. Extremely embarrassing as well as frustrating. Wasted an hour in store. Contacted them via email and a month later still no reasonable solution. Awful.
Well stocked. Always low on cat litter but I think that's a country wide problem. The vets are reasonably priced as well. They have free treats for dogs at the tills and a 'Pick a Mix' for dogs as well. A good selection on leads and it's the go to place to buy all your puppy and kitten needs. I went there for all 4 of my pets items! Car park is big as well.
Very friendly service and well stocked for all your pet needs. Good amount of car parking available too.
I get all the information that I needed to buy 2 cold water fishes and a really kind and respectful customer service from all staff member. A 5 star for all the staff members and specifically to Lee who was very kind to listen all the information I had about the tank and giving me all the best advice to not make a stressful journey until home for the fishes. A good communication is made buy good manners, trying to understand what is the costumer needs while together we can find out the best for our pets the fishes in this case. Thank you, really appreciate it

I shop here regularly for supplies for my British Shorthair. It's clean and well maintained, the animals look happy and their pens always look clean and tidy. They have a huge selection of specialist food for animals here and essentials that every pet needs. Staff are always friendly and helpful, i enquired about the refund policy for pet food as I was worried if my British Shorthair wouldn't like her new food. They said as long as at least half a bag full is returned for a refund, you get your money back and the food goes to cats in shelters, how nice!
Best place locally for pet food and such. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
Very helpful and compassionate when my dog was very unwell and the prognosis was bad. She has now been diagnosed as diabetic. She is on one injection a day with no problems. Bounces around with a renewed interest in life
She loves her new sqeeky nice new treats to not many collars in their my summer happy
I visited a couple days ago to pick up a click and collect. I had my hands full and lovely Tina offered to carry all my stuff to the car and put it in for me! Not part of her job at all but she offered and done it all with a welcoming smile. Thank you Tina for such great customer service. It was a good experience.
