Very good store compare to pets are us. Always someone to help you. I definitely recommend that store.

Extremely poor useless management. Other staff are mainly friendly but have a lack of knowledge on the animals and  need more training. The store has a good range of animals products but the customer service is very bad. Wouldn't recommend this branch of Jollyes store.

I really want to like this shop.. Its new-ish, it has a good, clear layout and appears to have a lot of stock. That said, when i went, they didn't have any of the 3 items i wanted, and there was only ONE person covering the whole shop floor and check out.. Came away empty handed. I will give it another try though.
