Awful Saturday store manager who obviously doesn't know the store policy. She wouldn't give me a full refund for the extension cable that I bought for £10 because she scanned the item and it said £ 5.99 eventhough I got the receipt she insisted "no way it is sold for £10." I have now made a complain to customer service. She clearly shouldn't be a manager as she has no people skills. Very disappointed with how I was dealt with yesterday. A horrible manager and I will never shop at Hoddesdon store again.
Can't really knock this retailer .just be careful what you spend it can run away .we was overcharged by £28 but it was returned without any problems so got to give it toparks
Ok for cheap cleaning products but often a very untidy store staff do not seem to.know their products customer service is poor difficult to navigate due to stock piles in aisles
A good variety of products for the whole household . Their pet food range is good. They don't carry fresh foods in fact their food counter is limited, the store is of good size enabling them to stock many things you wouldn't find elsewhere

Not a lot of choices of products here. Stacks and stocks of the same stuff, piled on shelves which are scruffy and poorly set out. I feel sorry for staff working conditions here... very poor protection on the till section and they all seem very stressed or tetchy with customers. Its a scruffy shop... but you might find a bargain. No real protection for customers in our current situation. Just disappointing
Great place to find items for everyday use. Some surprises too, like name brand hairdyes that are cheaper than everywhere else. Long queues though on certain days and times. I would still recommend as this store is very clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful.
It's not bad or good. Sometimes has what I'm looking for and sometimes not. It's always worth a look. They do still provide hand sanitation which I like. Staff are okay but don't come over as happy.
A great place to buy those lookalike 'Dreamies' cat treats. I think they're called Purfection or similar. My cat prefers them. Helpful guy on the till :-
