Excellent service and wide range of products for various pets. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help with any questions. The only downside is the limited selection of reptile supplies. However, for other pet needs, this shop is fantastic.
Staff were very helpful in directing me to the dog treats that help to calm down my 4 legged friends. It’s a huge bonus that we’re able to take the dogs in to the store as it means we get to shop together rather than one of us having to wait outside. Good range of products and prices are reasonable as well.
I visited the pet shop at Harlow East Road, CM20 2SX, at 10:00 am this morning and had a very unpleasant experience. I came to get my dog's nails clipped and decided to buy some items for my pet. While waiting to pay, a lady with a dog was ahead of me, and her dog started barking at mine. My 4-year-old son was playing nearby.nnA female staff member, who was cleaning the rabbits' hatch, suddenly started shouting at my son, telling him to stop jumping and playing, claiming that this was why the other dog was barking. This behavior was completely unacceptable. It is not appropriate for a staff member to shout at a child and attempt to discipline them, especially in front of their parent.nnEven after I told her that shouting at my son was not acceptable, she insisted that she was right. This made the situation even more unpleasant and uncomfortable. Staff should address concerns calmly and respectfully. This experience has left a very negative impression on me, and I hope management addresses this issue to prevent it from happening to others.
They dropped the hamster what I got for my son 3 times it was truly hart brakeing I don't know if they did it on purpose or not
Love the openess, and friendliness of this store, and my dogs are always welcome
