Excellent customer service especially a lady called Ann i believe she may be a manager. Good value for money when they have offers. I wouldn't rate the groom room in Newbury whilst waiting to pay for shopping I've seen the staff not being very good with the dogs. They don't have patience.

Great for my dog food. Staff help me with a carry out to my for the big bags even when busy. A few pets to see on your way round, well kept, very clean. The staff always helpful.

The new vets dept is really good. I would like to say a massive thank you to the vet and receptionists for being so nice especially "Rudy" a little dog owned by one of the receptionists 13 wks old and so cute with lots of love to give all the visitors to the vets. Worthy of a visit just to see "Rudy" behind the desk!! Below is my little dog "Darcy" who staff have been so good looking after when she's been unwell. Thank you x

Utterly useless staff. Had to wait for 30 minutes to get some help. Didn't get proper answer to questions. When i finally got some help they were rude. For a second question i overheard staff say "What more does he want?". Please employ nice staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. Store is spacious and well laid out with good services. We use the vets in store who I can't rate highly enough! Disappointed they don't have as much on offer for cats as they do for dogs though. Good offers usually! Car park is frustrating but that's not their fault.
