Really happy with service. Was looking for a last minute vinyl underlay and I have missed the cut off dates. Obviously Xmas time is a rush for everyone. However the assistant pointed out the range that I could take away that day and helped into the car with 11 boxes of very well priced vinyl.

Surveyor incorrectly priced, store eventually resolved after escalating. Paid, but then the fitter arrived to do the job and was quoting fitting charge three times what I had been told. Got a refund but head office weren’t interested and despite promising to get back to me never did despite chasing. Would never consider using again.

Really bad customer service, never returned calls, did not advise me carpet was out of stock when I made my order and the estimator measured my house incorrectly. Waited over 2 months for my carpet.

Shockingly bad service. Arranged carpet supply & fit on 21st December (their last working day before Christmas) for my 83 YEAR OLD PARENTS. No phone call for time slot. No phone call to advise delay. NEVER ARRIVED. At 83 year old, the last thing they need is the house upside down for preparation of a new carpet. Carpetright have fitted carpets in two of my houses but i will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I specifically asked for the fitters to move furniture and paid extra for this service. NO CALL WHATSOEVER. I am disgusted with their service.
