Decent range of products. As an At Home store more limited than a large main department store but still good selection. Cafe quite small but ok. Family room is very useful for young children/babies. Could do with another baby change room ideally.

Stellar customer service. Ordered a TV online and there were screws missing from the box. Went to the shop in town and within minutes had the screws I needed. No hassle service! Would highly recommend.

Very disappointed with my visit to Newbury store today queuing for 39 minutes in store to pay for 3 glass wine stoppers advertised half price to be told someone must have moved label not in sale. After spending £2000 for television very disappointed
