Excellent customer service and the furniture and beds departments are wonderful with great choice and very competitive prices. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and the delivery team went out of there way with my delivery. Well Done

Fab department store - fab restaurant - well worth a visit

Started off as a family store. The owner would stroll around sometimes, greeting customers and handing out sweets. The place has since been modernised and is now like the other department stores found in every town and city. Sells good quality clothes and has a nice kitchen area. Cafe located upstairs.

A lovely store that is a gem in Newbury, lots of great brands in womenswear Sea Salt etc and fab makeup Bobbie Brown is one of my favourites along with the lovely Jo Malone products and my favourite jewellery Lola Rose which is great to be able to get locally . The store just goes from strength to strength
