Beware. Disrespectful and Rude member of staff! My review is not about the products or the pets, it's about the ''customer service'' in this store. I believe that the manager of this store should teach the staff some manners, and not just about pet care. The last time I visited, after waiting for more than 15 minutes, I had to call for assistance since nobody was coming over at the fish department. I then spoke with a shop assistant in the fish department, the teenaged girl serving seemed knowledgable about fish care, unfortunately she knew nothing about good manners. I kindly pointed out to her that she should be more polite and her reply was ''why do I have to be polite with the customers?'' I briefly explained to her that addressing the customer with respect is the correct way to do her job. I have no doubt it went into deaf ears. I would not recommend this pet store to anyone.
Robert was super helpful and directed us to the rewards app as we have recently got a cat and he suggested it for the vouchers as they are tailored to suit what you buy. Massive thankyou, he had great customer service
I always find staff helpful and we usually. They are the only ones in woking that stock the size rat we need for our snake.

Been back and every staff member I have dealt with is fantastic. Your customer service is exceptional, your staff actually look like they enjoy working at the store. Given such useful and thoughtful advice by Robert who was obviously very knowledgeable and he carried stuff to the car for us! So clear that animal welfare is really important to the store, such a nice shopping experience, thank you to all the staff!
Great place for pet supplies but always low on fish stock.
Friendly staff, a long delays on supplies especially fish. Sought to go to another branch after a few weeks of no deliveries.
Took our 6yr old springer into the vets for his check up and once done fournd the wonderful Emma and asked her about a new harness, which she fitted perfectly. She took time with us, calmed my dog and answered my questions. She even calmed me during a nasty anxiety attack when my dog had his nails clipped. She was just wonderful and went above and beyond to look after me
