Rude delivery drivers. They say they will take the stuff then they find an excuse not to take Bought a sofa it was not damaged then but it was when I received it, was to told to call the shop, shop was busy. When I did mange to speak to the manager Daniel, he was humble and good listener. Provided me solution straight away. One of the best charities around.

Great service and a great charity. We got the sofa we were looking for at the Woking branch. Very friendly staff. I don't understand why people are leaving negative comments. It's a good charity at the end of the day and it saves lives. Great work folks.

Didnt call me, didnt communicate. Didnt arrive. Purchased over £150 worth of furniture. Paid £80 for delivery. Couldn't even keep to their allocated slot. It's a charity, fair enough, but it's also a business. Don't hire people who lie to the customers and waste their entire day waiting for a call and waiting in for a delivery that doesn't ever come. Fix your practices and maybe people will be more inclined to purchase from you. There's a person right now who needs the money I spent in your store, their lives may even depend on it. Don't discourage others from spending with bad service and bad practices. It's a shame to have had to write this, I feel bad for the people who depend on the money this charity raises.

Tried to donate 4 pieces of furniture. After a two week wait I was given a slot between 8 and 2. Upon arrival I was told by the driver how they would only take one item because the others were flatpack and 'who would put them together?' BHF were lazy and rude start to finish and acted like they were doing me a favour. Donate to Cancer Research or a local hospice.

Was assured my furniture that I bought and paid for would be delivered between three and seven o'clock on the Tuesday ,no one showed up will not be spending another penny in the Woking branch again
