Two members of staff on a Saturday. People walked out fed up with waiting. I only went to collect a threshold. The manager didn't know where it was and rudely told me to go back tomorrow. They made errors with all three of our orders historically. Terrible shop and manager has no people skills. Don't bother!
Rashid at the Woking branch was fantastic. Super helpful and knowledgable without being over the top. Brought it in on budget and just a lovely chap aswell. Great store highly recommend. Will review pre fitting and fitting service once it has happened
I had a very good experience at carpetright in woking all the staff there are very kind and had all the information that I was looking for the gentleman I had helping me round the store was willing to help me with all my questions and thank u to the chap Lennon for his kind service

Very helpful team, we have recently had a new carpet fitted in our study which was from a large remnant and so saved us money. Good fitting service too. Also a new single mattress delivered quickly.
We purchased our carpet and laminate flooring from Carpetright Woking branch. Iyaz helped us with our order and he is extremely professional, friendly and helpful. We preferred warehouse delivery and the order has been delivered sooner than we expected. Many thanks to Iyaz and the team.

They say shop at independents and we try to but Carpetright just get the job done and quickly! Daryl in the Woking branch has been exceptional!! There is usually a queue to even get served by him. It's a nice big branch so lots of choice and they are happy to let you take large samples home.
