Absolute joke of a company. Never update their account details, I have to phone 3-4 times to get the right part delivered, somtimes unable to find the building, most of the time bring me wrong parts, even though proper technical description has been supplied. Ordered 54 mm caliper for Bosch, got 47mm for Lucas vrake system, few times being charged for ATE brake components, however much cheaper delivered (if you need the car you fit it and forget about it). After an arrangement has been made for a delivery, delivery does not turn up. Started picking parts up myself because of incompetence, however had few occasions when even though the part should be delivered, nobody bothers ringing you, to let you know that they have messed it up again and is not there. Ordered alternator a few months ago, had to cross reference it for them with 7 different manufacturers so they can find an AC Delco replacement unit with an year warranty. Failed at the second month, no refund because even that is on the system, apparently I need the receipt as well, which got damaged... List is endless...

Never have i been lied too and " Fobbed " off so much in all my life .The service from the Manager in Woking branch is shocking .
