Useful to grab something before jumping on the train, price is high but I guess that's due to it's location.

Rude & Idiotic customer service. I phoned in to ask if they were still a "Collect+" dealership to return an item to amazon and I got a nice "What?" from the man (boy) on the phone. After explaining it to him again, he said "yeah yeah". I told him he didn't sound so convinced and he HUNG UP ON ME! I called back and asked if he had hung up on me and there was DEAD SILENCE! and then he tried to make an excuse. I told him that he just lost himself a customer and called him an idiot before hanging up. I vividly recommend staying as far away from this place, they do not deserve your money.

Awful, lady swore at me for paying by card. Worst place to shop in woking, do not go here if you can help it. Not english either, go figure.

terrible shop with terrible staff and "promotions" They sell multi-pack items separately. They also sell seasonal items out of season at full price and have incredibly rude staff. The shop today refused to give me the deal that was printed on a Pepsi Max can. "this can and 40g pack of Doritos for £1" I asked if this was the deal and the lady behind the till mumbled something and charged me more than £1. I only realised this when receiving my change. If she has spoken clearly and explained that the store werent participating in the deal it would have been fine. but she didnt do that.

The worst- humiliating customer service I've ever experienced. Don't get me wrong I used to work in a hospitality industry for a long time and I've seen a lot. That is why I'm always very understanding and I've never complained in my life.... till today. I've ordered a book from Amazon for my boyfriend's birthday with a delivery + service to be delivered to Budgens store instead of my home address. I didn't want my boyfriend to see it. I filled in all the details from my passport online and I've been asked to bring it with me for the collection. After a few days I went to collect the parcel and the store manager straight refused to give it to me. He said that they need the email confirmation as well as the passport even though all the details form the package matched my passport. Fair enough I said I'll bring it, no problem at all. I went back home, I've printed the confirmation out and I came back to the store 30min later. It started heavy raining by that time but I didn't mind I went back without saying a word. I've presented my passport again and the confirmation with all the numbers and details on it but It was still not enough for them .... I was told very rudely that I have to go back home again to get another confirmation so they can claim their commission from Amazon. The confirmation I gave them was the only thing I had and I've never been asked for anything else in other places. They told me to go back and call Amazon to get the number they need but they refused to let me use their store phone. I just couldn't believe that!!! I forgot my phone at home when I was rushing back with the confirmation for them. How rude! I've asked to speak to the manager who didn't want to speak to me and only when I insisted he came to told me the same thing. They said that is not their fault that I forgot my phone and stuff like that. They've asked me to move away so they can serve their customers.... and what was I? A thief? I just wanted my package which I paid for. I felt so humiliated in the front of the other customers.... What is wrong with you people? Where is your natural kindness to another human being? I would leave that bloody package there but I was so desperate as it was a birthday present... I had no choice but to go home AGAIN in the rain and call Amazon to get that bloody number so they can claim their commission. So I did their job. Nothing else to say really other than save your nerves and don't waste your time for all this hassle. Don't use parcel + delivery in Budgens or even better don't use the store at all. There are better places out there where you can be actually treated like a human being. I truly believe that everything you do to other people comes back sooner or later. I hope that one day someone will treat them the same way as they treated me. P.S. Official complaint is on its way.
