Although it is not the biggest shop, they have a very good selection of nice toys. I always find something good here. Also contrary to other toy shops, staff seem to be happy to be there.

Most upset with The Entertainer in Woking. Just tried to return a duplicate present but as it had gone over 28 days they were unwilling to help. Unfortunately the reason for the delay is that the person who bought the item has been in hospital for the last 3 weeks being treated for a serious illness so couldn't have got the receipt to us any sooner. Explained this to the store manager but there was still no chance of any flexibility.
