Rubbish service. Ordered online and when I chased them up 2 weeks later I was told the item wasn’t actually in stock. Despite this they were quite happy to take my money the day I placed the ordered. The item showed and still shows in stock on their website. Will not be using again.

A huge thanks to Jason and the rest of the staff at charterhouse aquatics. My aqua medic xenia 130 arrived in tip top condition as did my reactors and I've no doubt my sand will as Well. ... again many thanks for conversations on the phone regarding this marine aquarium. ..... very pleased.. thanks again guys.
