Disappointed ! Having been a customer for ten years visiting 4 times a year and travelling over 50 miles on round trip to take my dog here I was extremely disappointed and upset when admittedly due to my own misunderstanding at a stressful time in my life I arrived 25 min late for my appointment. To be told by staff who seemed at 2.25 pm to have finished for the day that I had missed my 2.00 pm slot and that now I would have to re-book an appointment in 5 weeks time !!. Sad that there is no flexibility or understanding. Needless to say and with regret I will now find another groomer.
