I mainly only use this shop for aquatic supplies and fish. Prices are good parking is good but some times the tanks look like they have been forgotten for a few days it can be off putting to see dead fish in so many tanks.

I don't go too often, but I can honestly say the people who work here do always seem to leave me thinking how nice they all are whenever I leave.

Tracey was so helpful and knowledgeable about pet nutrition and offered many great dietary options to try to help solve my cats chronic condition. I can't wait to go back and give her an update!

The groom room was very professional with excellent customer care. Duke looked really good when I collected him.

Appalling!!! My young granddaughter had done everything that had been asked in preparation for her new fish. Full of excitement the family went back to PETS AT HOME HALIFAX, their sample of water in hand to prove that all preparations were in place and the tank was ready. They entered the store at around 6.30 which gave 90 minutes for the catching of the chosen fish and any further advice from the staff to be given before closing time. As there were no other customers they approached a member of staff, informing that person that they had come to buy fish. What a HUGE disappointment it was for my poor little granddaughter, to be told that as there were only 2 members of staff on duty, they were unable to sell fish! Seriously?! Appalling!!!

Good prices. I bought a coat for my dog. The quality was great the sizing was spot on. Lovely fleece lining with a waterproof outer. All for £17. Nice friendly staff as well

The service was brilliant. The Assistant carried the large heavy bag of dog food to the till and car for me.

This is a brilliant place for animal lovers as they have everything for every pet. From cages to tanks , the staff are ready to advise you on what to get and how to keep your pet healthy. Animals and fish are at a decent price as well
