Large selection of everything you will need for your pet. The staff are helpful if you can find any. This being said, if you need help with finding something when you are at the till the staff member will usually leave the till and help you with what you need.

Really unhelpful staff sold me a tropical fish for my cold water tank I told them I had a cold water tank several times and they said that this would live in either type of water, it died the same Day, I  went back complained, took in over ten water samples before they gave me another, every time something wrong with water, so had to buy over £100 in chemicals and filters non the less, it died in two days went back again spoke to a different team member who told me the tropical fish cannot live in cold water. And to get a different cold water fish. This fish lived and is happy.

Come down today with my daughter for a hamster for her birthday as the last two we got from pet city didn't last right long,think they was something wrong with them from day one.All I can say is today we had the best service explained everything about care etc TOP SERVICE******
