Went in today to buy a muzzle for Merlin.  Lisa was so friendly, knowledgeable informative and helpful. She invited Merlin in for fitting and having a Lurcher herself shared her experiences with her pooch, as I have only had my boy for 3 months and being a rescue dog, having a few 'issues'. This woman knows her stuff, and being a horseywoman roo, is my sort of gal.

Very helpful and friendly staff. A well stocked large and well established business in the area, worth a visit.

THEY HAVE SOLD ME EXPIRED FEED, NOW NOT WILLING TO OFFER A REFUND. I CAN'T FEED MY ANIMALS FOOD WHICH IS OUT OF DATE. THE STAFF REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND WANTS ME TO HOLD ONTO THE EXPIRED FOOD EVEN THOUGH IT IS THE COMPANY WHOM SENT ME THE OUT OF DATE FOOD. I WENT FROM MANCHESTER TO YORKSHIRE AND THERE IS NO WAY ILL BE GOING BACK,

Regularly shop here for our dog's food which we buy in 20-25kg bags which works out very cost effective per portion. Friendly staff and they offer a loyalty points scheme which you can redeem for cash off a purchase. Good range of other pet consumables and toys for cats, rabbits and small holding animals chickens etc. Main focus of the store is horse stuff including a small range of clothing which is worth a browse for their outdoors clobber gloves and coats etc even if you're not a horse owner. Will keep coming back - worth a visit for any pet or horse owner.

Been so long paying very hard prices and then found Burnhills we where amazed at how we can save a lot of money. Also the service we get from all thier staff is brilliant.

All the staff were friendly but the lady called Lisa who helped me was knowledgeable and was able to assist with my query with ease. Payrise definitely derserved there.
