Ringing in advance I'm guaranteed by the time I get their my order is always ready and waiting. Owner is friendly and helpful and as for the review from Tristan all I can say is this.....you light blew which caused the fish  and plants to die??? Sorry bud but the plants and fish died because you obviously spent weeks maybe months trying to get a new light. Any sort of person with a brain would visit pet/reptile stores and theirs enough in Bradford and buy a light direct if an emergency not wait and wait and watch them die. They don't die overnight it takes a long time. Don't try and ruin this pet stores good name with your irresponsible fish ownership Thankyou

Bought a fish tank from here and can say i am not impressed.  The light for the fish tank has blown ( after being set up for two weeks) causing my Fish to become pale and plants to die. Ive been in touch with the owner several times trying to get a new light for the tank, it has been impossible to get any kind of solution. He keeps saying he has sent it in the post however three weeks later there was still no light. He then sent me a tracking number so i could track it. This was a fake tracking number as royal mail didn't recognise it. It has been over two months now and i still don't have a replacement light. For what we paid for the original tank set up i would expect much better quality and customer service. I would not recommend this store and I will not be a repeat customer.
