I went in to this store today as i've recently got a new puppy. I was rather lost with everything I needed even if the wife had given me a list. I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Mia, she was extremely helpful and helped me choosing the right food and gave me all the information i needed. Truly exceptional service from a lovely woman. Thank you from me and Basil who loves his new toy we're both very grateful.

Our cocker spaniel was in desperate need of a groom — so we booked him in to the Groom Room at Pets At Home. They were able to get him in at short notice and when dropping him off it was reassuring to see the grooming is all done in plain view. We were asked to come to collect him a few hours later. When we turned up to collect him a little early he was still being groomed, so we spied for a few minutes. The young girl grooming him was being really gentle and he was obviously totally relaxed. Great job done and I’d thoroughly recommend this business.

Groom room people were amazing! Couldn't be more understanding, my dog was alittle nervous after a previous bad groom. She went in shaking came out my bouncy girl. Thank you so much.

Great shop & vets. Only left 4 stars becaus of poo bags outside on floor. I know this is clientele’s fault really & people should take them home! But a poo bin would surely solve this? Not hygienic for pets coming home from surgery surely

Took my cat as an emergency after a fit.nVet was lovely caring and explained lotsnOf what she was doing and checking for ...Lucky enough everything is ok and he's not had another fit up to now
