Store manager is very rude. Also don’t buy the elite store brand football socks. They are fish net tights. Kids refused to wear them. What next high heal shoes for playing football?
Had a very bad experience bought 2 tshirts and they turned out to be big for my uncle who l had bought for ,went there to return them for a smaller size ,since l had lost my receipt l showed the man my bank transaction for the day and he gave me some excuse that the transaction he can see are tshirts but not the sizes that l want to change for . Now l am stuck with big sized tshirts very disappointed.
The worst service from the staff in their dealings with customers I have seen in Uk . They are not serious about selling, as if I beg of them when I ask them to help bring the product. Today was my experience with three employees from this branch. If it was one person, I would have said that he might have difficult circumstances outside of work, but three employees!!!
Rude woman on cashier telling me to rip off the receipt yourself plus over charged us on 1 or 2 items.. Tried to call the store number, just rings and rings and cuts you off. so that's why this store gets a 1 star. BE WARNED YOU COULD PAY MORE THAN THE PRICE ON THE TAG.
Staff are rude, lazy and obnoxious. Walked out without purchasing anything and won't be spending any money in there again.
Staff miserable, and unhelpful, I happened to get the store managers name Adam, who was extremely rude, and obnoxious, and has no people skills what so ever, will I come back to this particular Sports Direct store??? NEGATIVE!!! Just like Adam's attitude to customers !!!!!
Lazy and rude blonde Young lady. Three women chating together but noone able to help. Lazy to going help upstairs.
They generally have a limited selection for women. I saw they are meant to be open until 7pm and went in at 6:25 to try on a specific pair of trainers. They said this section upstairs closes at 6:30 so I left. It would have been good if this was advertised to avoid a wasted journey. It was very quiet in store.
Thanks to the staff and there ability not help at all, I went and spent elsewhere. Also for everyone’s info they close at 7pm but the staff but mental clock out about 5pm, as well as there fitting room apparently ‍
A large and interesting choice for men, the fitting room was very dirty I think nobody is cleaning there and I was early in the morning, not a pleasant seller small bald, does not encourage you to buy, I do not recommend generally better to go to the town centre
